BACKGROUND:

 

The state is not authorized to produce and sell or purchase and resell souvenirs depicting the capitol campus.  It is felt that an authorization to do so would be of service to the public and help the state defray costs of bicentennial activities.

 

SUMMARY:

 

The Department of General Administration is authorized to produce and sell, or purchase and resell, postcards and similar souvenirs that depict the capital campus.  Proceeds shall be deposited in the General Administration management fund.
