AN ACT Relating to newspaper delivery; and creating a new section.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.     If a residential newspaper customer changes residences and fails to pay an independent newspaper deliverer for newspapers delivered prior to the move, the newspaper company shall reimburse the independent newspaper deliverer for any losses incurred.
