AN ACT Relating to podiatry; adding new sections to chapter 43.131 RCW; and repealing RCW 18.22.005, 18.22.010, 18.22.013, 18.22.014, 18.22.015, 18.22.018, 18.22.030, 18.22.040, 18.22.050, 18.22.060, 18.22.081, 18.22.083, 18.22.110, 18.22.120, 18.22.130, 18.22.185, 18.22.191, 18.22.210, 18.22.220, 18.22.230, and 18.22.900.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 43.131 RCW to read as follows:

          The regulation of podiatry under chapter 18.22 RCW shall be terminated on June 30, 1988, as provided in section 2 of this act.

NEW SECTION. Sec. 2.  A new section is added to chapter 43.131 RCW to read as follows:

The following acts or parts of acts, as now existing or hereafter amended, are each repealed, effective June 30, 1989:

                   (1) Section 1, chapter 21, Laws of 1982 and RCW 18.22.005;
