AN ACT Relating to fishing licenses; and adding a new section to chapter 77.32 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 77.32 RCW to read as follows:

          Notwithstanding the provisions of RCW 77.32.010, the commission may adopt rules designating times and places for the purposes of family fishing days when licenses are not required to fish for game fish.
