AN ACT Relating to the denial of fireworks licenses; and amending RCW 70.77.370.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

        Sec. 1.  Section 51, chapter 228, Laws of 1961 as amended by section 29, chapter 230, Laws of 1982 and RCW 70.77.370 are each amended to read as follows:

          Any applicant who has been denied a license is entitled to a hearing in accordance with the provisions of chapter ((48.04)) 34.04 RCW.
