AN ACT Relating to gifts, grants, conveyances, devises, and bequests to school districts; and adding a new section to chapter 28A.58 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 28A.58 RCW to read as follows:

          Any increased support service costs incurred through the use of any gifts, grants, conveyances, devises, and bequests of real or personal property from public or private sources shall be paid from the moneys from the gift, grant, conveyance, devise, or bequest.
