AN ACT Relating to the state lottery account; and adding a new section to chapter 67.70 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 67.70 RCW to read as follows:

          Except for the lottery prize award, the lottery shall not provide lottery prize winners with any other cash or in-kind gratuity, including but not limited to refreshments and entertainment, from any source.
