AN ACT Relating to public facilities supported by excise taxes imposed by the state in class AA counties and imposed by local governments in all counties.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.     This act shall be known and cited as the public facilities act of 1988.
