AN ACT Relating to the extension of the excise tax exemptions for ride-sharing vehicles; and amending section 5, chapter 166, Laws of 1980 (uncodified).

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

        Sec. 1.  Section 5, chapter 166, Laws of 1980 (uncodified) is amended to read as follows:

          ((Sections 1 through 3 of this act)) RCW 82.08.0287, 82.12.0282, and 82.44.015 shall expire on ((January 1, 1988)) December 31, 1992.
