AN ACT Relating to foreign commercial fishing vessels; and adding a new section to chapter 75.12 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 75.12 RCW to read as follows:

          It is unlawful for any foreign commercial fishing vessel to enter state waters unless it shall have all fishing gear stowed below deck or placed in a position where it shall not be readily available for fishing.
