AN ACT Relating to the building code council; and repealing RCW 19.27.070, 19.27.074, 19.27.078, and 19.27.085.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. The following acts or parts of acts are each repealed:
(1) Section 7, chapter 96, Laws of 1974 ex. sess., section 59, chapter 34, Laws of 1975-'76 2nd ex. sess., section 55, chapter 287, Laws of 1984, section 11, chapter 360, Laws of 1985 and RCW 19.27.070;
(2) Section 2, chapter 360, Laws of 1985 and RCW 19.27.074;
(3) Section 3, chapter 360, Laws of 1985 and RCW 19.27.078; and
