AN ACT Relating to the game commission; and adding a new section to chapter 77.12 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 77.12 RCW to read as follows:

          The director may authorize the sale of wildlife promotional items and charge reasonable fees for seminars, training sessions, and other services of a similar nature.  Revenues generated under this section shall be deposited in the state treasury to be credited to the state game fund.
