AN ACT Relating to the killing of an unborn quick child; amending RCW 9A.32.070; and prescribing penalties.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
Sec. 1. Section 9A.32.070, chapter 260, Laws of 1975 1st ex. sess. and RCW 9A.32.070 are each amended to read as follows:
(1) A
person is guilty of manslaughter in the second degree when, with criminal
negligence((,)):
(a) He causes the death of another person; or
(b) He kills an unborn quick child by inflicting any injury upon the mother of the child.
