AN ACT Relating to industrial insurance; and adding a new section to chapter 51.04 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 51.04 RCW to read as follows:

          It shall be the duty of the director to ensure that adequate public notice is provided of all major policy changes made in the industrial insurance system within ninety days of the enactment of the major policy change.
