BE IT RESOLVED, By the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring, That House Concurrent Resolution No. 4426, as amended by House Concurrent Resolution No. 4446, be amended by inserting the following after the last paragraph:

          "BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the cut-offs established herein shall not apply to EHB 1544."
