BACKGROUND:

 

Some provisions of the liquor laws are difficult to locate in the code, either because of numerous amendments or because the language is misplaced.  Other provisions are obsolete.

 

SUMMARY:

 

Provisions in the liquor laws are rearranged to improve the readability of the title.  Obsolete language is removed and erroneous references are corrected.
