SUMMARY:

The Washington State Transportation Commission, in conjunction with local governments and the affected metropolitan planning organizations, is directed to study the feasibility of constructing a parallel bridge at Longview and a traffic survey of the Hood River Toll Bridge.  The results of this study shall be reported to the Legislative Transportation Committee by December 1, 1990.
