BACKGROUND:

 

The members of the Psychology Examining Board are appointed by the Governor for a term of five years.

 

SUMMARY:

 

The existing terms of members of the Psychology Examining Board are required to be staggered by the Governor so that not more than two members' terms expire each year.  Thereafter the terms shall be for a full five years.
