BACKGROUND:
Hydromassage bathtubs can either be purchased as complete functioning units that have been certified or separately as individual parts that require assembly. SUMMARY:
Hydromassage bathtubs shall not be offered for sale or exchange unless the complete unit, including both the tub and electrical equipment, have been certified to be safe by an electrical testing laboratory.
Appropriation: none
Revenue: none
Fiscal Note: available
