BACKGROUND:

 

Port districts are authorized to provide airports and other air navigation facilities, and to lease such space and improvements.

 

SUMMARY:

 

Port districts are authorized to permit the lessees of their airport space and improvements to construct, alter, or improve the leased premises at the cost of the lessee, and to reimburse the lessee for such costs if paid solely out of funds fully collected from the airport's tenants.
