BACKGROUND:

 

In the RCW chapters dealing with fishing derbies, the Consumer Protection Act, and the Uniform Controlled Substances Act, there remain several references which are outdated or inaccurate.

 

SUMMARY:

 

An inaccurate reference to a definition of a fishing derby is corrected and a reference to an act is updated.  A section of the Consumer Protection Act is corrected for internal consistency and clarification.  A reference in the Uniform Controlled Substances Act is changed to conform with a prior amendment to the act.
