SYNOPSIS AS ENACTED

BACKGROUND:

Numerous sections of the RCW are inaccurate as a result of a veto by the Governor.

SUMMARY:

Numerous amendments are made to correct statutes affected by the Governor's veto.  The statute dealing with public inspection and copying of documents is reenacted and amended.  The statute authorizing a study of health and safety conditions in athletic programs for minors is repealed.
