BACKGROUND:

 

All persons who fish for steelhead trout must possess a valid steelhead punchcard for a fee of $15.  The punchcard has a 30 fish catch limit.  Persons purchasing other licenses, tags, stamps, and punchcards between April 1 and June 1 may receive a $5 credit towards their purchase by turning in their steelhead punchcard to an authorized dealer.

 

SUMMARY:

 

Persons under age 15 may purchase a steelhead punchcard.  The fee is $5 and the punchcard is limited to five fish.  The $5 credit, available to persons over 15, is not available to those under age 15.
