BACKGROUND:

 

All persons who fish for steelhead trout must possess a valid steelhead punchcard, which has an annual cost of $15.

 

Senior citizens who are currently receiving free fishing licenses would appreciate receiving free steelhead punchcards.

 

SUMMARY:

 

Persons over the age of 70, who are eligible for a free fishing license, are eligible to receive a free steelhead punchcard.
