BACKGROUND:

 

The personal use food fish license for recreational fishermen was established in 1988.  Fees for the license are $3 for residents and $9 for non-residents.  Revenue from the license is placed in the state general fund.

 

SUMMARY:

 

The requirements for personal use food fish licenses are repealed.
