BACKGROUND:

Horse racing facilities are allowed to conduct parimutuel wagering at satellite facilities.  Presently, each county may have only one satellite facility located within its boundaries.

SUMMARY:

The Washington Horse Racing Commission may authorize one satellite facility in each county for each licensee.
