BACKGROUND:

 

Branch office licenses are required for any broker who conducts real estate sales activities on a particular subdivision or tract five or more days per week.  Such sales activities conducted and limited exclusively to one particular subdivision less than five days a week do not require a branch office license.

 

SUMMARY:

 

The five-day limit is eliminated so that all sales activities related strictly to one tract or subdivision do not require a branch office license.
