Licensing hunting guides.

BACKGROUND:

Hunting guides are not required to be licensed by the Department of Wildlife.  Licensing of hunting guides would increase the collection of revenue and would improve the data collection capability of the department.

SUMMARY:

Hunting guides must purchase licenses from the Department of Wildlife at an annual cost of $250 for residents and $750 for nonresidents.
