AN ACT Relating to the ecological commission; and repealing RCW 43.21A.170, 43.21A.180, 43.21A.190, 43.21A.200, and 43.21A.210.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  The following acts or parts of acts are each repealed:

                   (1) Section 17, chapter 62, Laws of 1970 ex. sess., section 68, chapter 141, Laws of 1979, section 50, chapter 466, Laws of 1985, section 15, chapter 36, Laws of 1988  and RCW 43.21A.170;

          (2) Section 18, chapter 62, Laws of 1970 ex. sess., section 100, chapter 34, Laws of 1975-'76 2nd ex. sess., section 76, chapter 287, Laws of 1984 and RCW 43.21A.180;

          (3) Section 19, chapter 62, Laws of 1970 ex. sess., section 24, chapter 127, Laws of 1988 and RCW 43.21A.190;

          (4) Section 20, chapter 62, Laws of 1970 ex. sess, section 47, chapter 75, Laws of 1977 and RCW 43.21A.200; and

          (5) Section 21, chapter 62, Laws of 1970 ex. sess. and RCW 43.21A.210.
