AN ACT Relating to tuition and fee waivers; and creating a new section.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.     The boards of regents and trustees of the state universities, regional universities, The Evergreen State College, and the community colleges shall waive operating fees for participants in the family independence program as authorized under chapter 74.21 RCW.
