AN ACT Relating to public safety; and amending RCW 82.14B.050.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

        Sec. 1.  Section 5, chapter 160, Laws of 1981 and RCW 82.14B.050 are each amended to read as follows:

          The proceeds of any tax collected under this chapter shall be used by the county only for the  emergency services communication system and other reasonable and necessary supporting law enforcement purposes.
