AN ACT Relating to medical education; and adding a new section to chapter 28B.80 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 28B.80 RCW to read as follows:

          The higher education coordinating board shall ensure that continuing education classes and other medical education classes available to persons licensed under chapter 18.71 RCW or enrolled in medical school shall also be made available to persons licensed under chapter 18.57 RCW or enrolled in accredited osteopathic medical schools.
