AN ACT Relating to children's services workers; and adding a new section to chapter 41.06 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 41.06 RCW to read as follows:

          Children's services workers and their supervisors who fail in the completion of their assigned duties to provide child welfare services as defined in RCW 74.13.020 may be immediately removed from direct service responsibilities.
