AN ACT Relating to tax exemptions for nonprofit golf courses; and adding a new section to chapter 84.36 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 84.36 RCW to read as follows:

          The personal property of a nonprofit golf course operating on real property leased from a government entity shall be exempt from taxation.
