AN ACT Relating to specifying the reporting dollar codes to be used by the public disclosure commission; and adding a new section to chapter 42.17 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 42.17 RCW under the subchapter heading "administration and enforcement" to read as follows:

          The following reporting dollar codes shall be used by the commission in designing the forms for the statements of financial affairs required by RCW 42.17.240:  Dollar code "A", one dollar to one thousand nine hundred ninety-nine dollars; "B", two thousand dollars to nine thousand nine hundred ninety-nine dollars; "C", ten thousand dollars to nineteen thousand nine hundred ninety-nine dollars; "D", twenty thousand dollars to thirty-nine thousand nine hundred ninety-nine dollars; "E", forty thousand dollars to fifty-nine thousand nine hundred ninety-nine dollars; "F", sixty thousand dollars to ninety-nine thousand nine hundred ninety-nine dollars; and "G", one hundred thousand dollars or more.

          These codes shall be revised by the commission as required under RCW 42.17.370(11).
