AN ACT Relating to aircraft fuel taxes.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.     The legislature finds that our ability to promote economic opportunity and address the needs of low-income people, now and in the future, depends in large part on our capacity to pay for needed programs.
