AN ACT Relating to the 7th street theatre; and making an appropriation.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. The sum of two hundred fifty thousand dollars, or as much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the state building construction account to the department of community development for the biennium ending June 30, 1991, for the purpose of providing a grant for the repair and renovation of the 7th street theatre in Hoquiam. No portion of this appropriation shall be expended unless an equal portion from nonstate sources is provided for the same purpose.
