AN ACT Relating to employment applications; and adding a new section to Title 49 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to Title 49 RCW to read as follows:

          The production or use of videotaped job applications or interviews by employers, individuals, or organizations is legal and shall not be considered discriminatory.
