AN ACT Relating to notice of actions by the insurance commissioner; and adding a new section to chapter 48.02 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 48.02 RCW to read as follows:

          The insurance commissioner, or designee, shall give written notice to any person, regulated under Title 48 RCW, whenever that person will be affected by a rule or legislation proposed by the insurance commissioner.
