AN ACT Relating to class size of resource room for handicapped education programs; and adding a new section to Title 28A RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to Title 28A RCW to read as follows:

          No certificated instructional staff, assigned to a resource room providing services to handicapped children under an individual educational plan, may provide services for more than twelve children in any sixty-minute period.
