AN ACT Relating to paralytic shellfish poisoning; and making appropriations.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.     The sum of seventy-five thousand dollars, or as much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for the biennium ending June 30, 1991, for paralytic shellfish poisoning monitoring.

NEW SECTION. Sec. 2.     The sum of fifty thousand dollars, or as much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the general fund to Washington State University extension for the biennium ending June 30, 1991, for paralytic shellfish poisoning monitoring and sample collection for testing and aquaculture education.
