AN ACT Relating to restrictive trade practices in the wood products industry; and creating a new section.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  If the governor finds that another state or a local government in another state has adopted a trade practice which harms the Washington wood products industry, the governor may place restrictions on the purchase of building materials from that state by state agencies.
