WHEREAS, The cut-off dates established in HCR 4404 are not adequate for certain deliberations;

          BE IT RESOLVED, By the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring, That HCR 4404 be amended by inserting the following after the last paragraph:

          "BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the cut-off dates established herein shall not apply to ESHB 2198."
