State of Washington 51st Legislature 1990 First Special Session

WHEREAS, Several of the measures introduced in the previous sessions of the 51st Legislature are of vital importance to the people of this state and the public interest requires that they be considered and acted upon at the 1990 First Special Session of the 51st Legislature;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring, That the following measures are declared to be the only measures for consideration by the 1990 First Special Session of the 51st Legislature, and are hereby reintroduced in the house wherein they originated and are hereby accorded the same legislative status as they obtained in that house as shown by the official Senate and House dockets to have held upon the adjournment Sine Die of the 1990 Regular Session pursuant to Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 8442:
