AN ACT Relating to filing requirements for interstate tariffs; and repealing RCW 81.28.070.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  Section 81.28.070, chapter 14, Laws of 1961 and RCW 81.28.070 are each repealed.
