AN ACT Relating to aquaculture disease control; and adding a new section to chapter 75.58 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 75.58 RCW to read as follows:

          The director shall adopt rules which prohibit the disposal of dead or diseased fish into public waters by aquatic farmers and which prescribe the approved methods for disposal of dead or diseased fish from aquatic farms.
