AN ACT Relating to chiropractic services; adding a new section to chapter 19, Laws of 1989 1st ex. sess. (uncodified); making an appropriation; providing an effective date; and declaring an emergency.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 19, Laws of 1989 1st ex. sess. (uncodified) to read as follows:

          The appropriations in this section are subject to the following conditions and limitations:  This appropriation is provided for chiropractic services under chapter 74.09 RCW.

NEW SECTION. Sec. 2.     This act is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, or safety, or support of the state government and its existing public institutions, and shall take effect February 1, 1990.
