AN ACT Relating to local parks and recreation facilities capital improvements; and adding a new section to chapter 67.28 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 67.28 RCW to read as follows:

          A city or town with a population under five thousand may use the tax levied under RCW 67.28.180 for capital improvements in its parks and recreation system.
