AN ACT Relating to sales of liquor and motor vehicle fuel; adding a new section to chapter 19.120 RCW; and adding a new section to chapter 66.24 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 19.120 RCW to read as follows:

          It is unlawful for a motor fuel retailer to also sell alcoholic beverages in any form or container at a retail motor fuel outlet.

NEW SECTION. Sec. 2.  A new section is added to chapter 66.24 RCW to read as follows:

          No person who holds a license under this chapter may also sell motor vehicle fuel at the same establishment where liquor is sold.  The board shall not issue a license under this chapter to an establishment where motor vehicle fuel is also sold.
