AN ACT Relating to part-time teaching employment of noncertificated persons; and creating a new section.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.     The superintendent of public instruction shall develop an informational document regarding the availability and guidelines for the use of consultant special certificates.  The superintendent shall provide this document to at least the following groups:  The largest organization representing small businesses in Washington, the organization representing the largest businesses in Washington, and the professional associations in Washington representing respectively attorneys, physicians, and engineers.
